Community Tasting Note

Saturday, January 5, 2013 - Drank over the course of two days. Took awhile to open up at first. Rich cherry smell, with a hint of smoke and leather. The cherry also came though strong on the taste along with a hint of nutmeg (must be the oak). The tannins are still strong and the wine would probably benefit from another year or two of aging.
