Sunday, October 27, 2013 - Perfectly mature, low acid, but thoroughly delicious. No sign of premox, but I wouldn't wait much longer to drink. Definitely a crab/shrimp/lobster wine. Lanolin, apricot, and plumeria on the nose, with a lovely viscousity and stone fruits on the palate.
