Saturday, February 2, 2013 - Excellent wine that plays well with all sorts of food. Had this along with a tasting menu the included such diversity as a fried ricotta ball, lamb prosciutto, goat cheese, lobster and truffle butter, and more. The wine played well with nearly everything and was surprisingly chameleon-like. At one point I thought it was all green apples, but at other points I was getting lemon, tropical fruit, and even lemongrass. Nicely done Kent.
