Monday, March 4, 2013 - I had this with a cheese plate on 3/4/13. It had a fragrant, elegant and harmonious bouquet of floral, blackberry, plum, anise, sage, pepper and spice aromas. The palate was smooth, elegant and layered with flavors of blackberry, plum, licorice, pepper, herb, spice and minerals…softer than I remembered it (enough that the Stilton overpowered it).
