Sunday, December 7, 2014 - It was pretty acidic when we first opened the bottle but the more we left it to breathe the better it got through the night, hints of tobacco, smoke - will def age well. Paired it with stuffed pork loin with mushrooms and bacon - good wine to drink with a hearty meal if you're going to drink it now. Will probably buy one for the "cellar" aka basement storage room.
