Thursday, November 20, 2014 - Popped and poured. Fresh apple/pear aroma. Slightly sweet flavors of apricot pit, minerals. Chalky apricot nectar finish.

Lovely, balanced, great depth, some complexity. Although it has a very different taste profile, in mouth feel, sweetness, and overall zeitgeist it's very reminiscent of a superior German Kabinett Riesling.

Drinking very well right now, but there may be even better to come.
