Saturday, August 3, 2013 - Very solid lighter textured wine. Great for a summer red wine. Bottle disappeared quickly.

8/7/2013 4:36:00 AM - I not sure I can help you there. I purchased a 3-pack of mixed Decalier wines on a special deal on the Wine Berserkers board. In that pack was a 2008 and 2009 De La Terre. Unfortunately, I tasted the two bottles 361 days apart and my notes on the 2008 are a little lacking. My rating on the 2008 was a 89 but this was one of the first bottles of this type of blend I had tried. My best guess is that the two were fairly similar.

8/7/2013 1:33:00 PM - I got the same Berserker deal and had gone through my previous '08s, then Dave offered a cellar clearing deal and I picked up another case of the '08. Not disappointed in the least.

8/7/2013 1:36:00 PM - Thanks for posting a note MK. There are so many notes on our 08 and not many on the 09. I am enjoying both wines but the 08 needs an hour to start showing its fruit where as the 09 is pop n pour.
