Tuesday, April 16, 2013 - Initially this was a massive, massive up front hit of fruit, strawberry for me, "Wisconsin cherry" for my girlfriend. Really developed with air. The big fruit hit subsided into a nice cherry for both of us, with a bit of woodsy (very light), in the mid to back of the mouth. I'd say that it was a very slight bit hot (maybe needing a bit more time?), but was good to drink, and will be on my list of things to pick up in the future. I was a fan, and my gf who I am slowly converting to Pinots was a big fan.
