Saturday, August 23, 2014 - On the nose, yellow apples, nuts, smoke, a certain sweetness, butter but still with a hint of minirality.
On the palate Yellow apples, chalk, nuts, butter, mineral, stone. a brilliant and compex wine which developed during the evening.
