Monday, November 21, 2011 - Took to a restaurant and popped and poured. Consumed with hugh stuffed lobsters and was the perfect accompanyment with the mineral finish cleaning the palate for the next mouthful of food and wine. Don't know why no one really likes this wine but I wish I had another case or more in the cellar.
