Tuesday, March 20, 2012 - Medium yellow color. Aromas of lemon, straw, lime, and guava. Palate has a nice mix of lemon and sweet herbal elements with a bit of minerality in a medium finish. This is refreshing and would be a good starter wine or a fine pairing for fish and lighter chicken dishes. Drink.
