Friday, March 14, 2014 - What an interesting wine and a definite favorite at the table. This had all sorts of sour citrus flavors going. There was maybe just a touch of the gasoline you sometimes get in Riesling. The acidity had really died down over time so was more just a nice light wine. A touch sweet, but certainly not overpowering and felt like the sugar might have broken down a bit. Different and tasty.
