Lemon zest, lemon curd, green apples, wet rocks and minerals on a nose that kept opening up to reveal a flowery bouquet after 1 h on the glass. Tart yellow and waxy citrus fruits, granny smith apple and tons of minerals on the very brightly acidic palate. This comes across today as a cross between a dry austrian reisling and a sancerre.
