Thursday, April 7, 2016 - Delightful interplay of citrus acidity and residual sugar. Very discrete nose. Palate is very expressive by contrast with honey, lemon, white grapefruit, salty notes. I would drink up as there is a touch of oxidization beginning. A stunning Chenin Blanc and looks like from a great vintage.
