Thursday, February 19, 2015 - Clear, bright brick color, initial nose of chocolate, sweet red fruits and a touch of heat. Light and sweet on the palate with layers of red fruit, good balance and smooth finish. Clearly ready to go. Overall brighter rather than deeper as compared to the 1983 Fonseca tasted alongside it this cold winter night.
