Wednesday, March 4, 2015 - White gold in colour.
Popped and poured.
'Delicious' in one word. The 2010 is in between at the mo, less than the explosive fruit of the '12, and yet to build towards a 10 year old German Riesling.
Mild passion fruit and honeycomb nose.
Passion fruit, tropical, mineral, honeyed sweetness, silky entry, medium full body, pineapple, sweet ripe peach, golden goodness in a glass. Tempered sweetness through the long finish.
