Tuesday, June 25, 2013 - The Wine Society Dining Club 255th Dinner (Drapers' Hall, London): Double decanted. A blend of 48% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 26% Cabernet Franc and 26% Merlot. Very ripe fruit but not jammy or roasted, warm and rounded but no lack of acidity or balance - there is a slight dryness to the tannins however. A good 2003.
