Tuesday, October 12, 2010 - Decanted one hour. Medium-dark garnet. Dried red fruit nose with toasted herbs, leather, coffee, and menthol notes. Earthy red cherry, cranberry, herbs, and pepper flavors. Medium weight palate and well-balanced with moderate tannins and nice acidity. Medium-plus length finish. Drinking wonderfully right now with a one hour decant. Drink now through 2013.
