2003 Corison Cabernet Sauvignon

Community Tasting Note

91 Points

Sunday, April 15, 2012 - On initial bottle opening, big nose of fruit, but not overwhelming on the palate. A taste of leather and tobacco. No heat, and a very drinkable wine. After the bottle was open a couple of hours, the fruit had muted, and there was a bricky, mineral note (perhaps the famed Rutherford dust). Could have decanted probably.
