Monday, January 16, 2012 - Fresh and zippy. Flowers (gardenias?), apples, pears, peaches and limes on the nose; tons of acidity, with pear and peach flavors, minerals, and lemon zest; long, zesty, crisp finish with orange blossoms at the very end. A bit tart to be a good sipper, but super with seafood, including scallops one evening and yellowfin tuna the next.
