Thursday, June 16, 2011 - The nose had aromas of bright citrus fruit, minerals, and some chalkiness. The palate had very crisp citrus flavors. The acidity was nice, but just a bit too much to keep me from wanting to have a second glass. We did drink this on it's own so that I could get a sense of it before trying out some other Chablis for a chicken dish. I think that I would have enjoyed this much more with some food.
