Saturday, July 25, 2009 - A pretty light yellow color. A heavenly bouquet, offering up notes of chalk, loamy earth, mineral, crushed sea shells, and ripe white fruits. Quite lively on the palate, with beautiful concentration, nice acidity, and incredible delineation on the long and well focused finish. The best bottle yet!
