Sunday, April 22, 2007 - Domaine bottling. This is a gorgeous wine. Slight herbal aromoas intitially with broad lemon, lime, mineral and oyster shell palate impression. Has just enough softness and elegance in the mouthfeel to make it deliciously drinkable now. Sometimes some acid shows itself, but one would expect that in a young wine. This was even better with a citrus/cider/honey salad. For drinking now I prefer this to the Clos.
