Sunday, January 12, 2014 - Burgundy Dinner (La Pentola): Nice airy nose with lemon, limestone and sea breeze. A touch richer on the palate than the elegant nose suggests with beautiful citrus flavours wrapped in a touch of wood. Nice acidity and minerality. Focused with good tension and showing very youthfully. Really nice now but barring premox this will be fantastic in another 2-3 years. 92+
