Saturday, March 28, 2009 - Light yellow in color. An extroverted bouquet, offering up complex notes of loamy earth, ripe white fruits and hot rocks. Medium-bodied, with beautiful concentration and a lush mouthfeel, but nicely framed/balanced by the crisp acidity. Went unbelievably well with the first several courses of the "Gourmand" tasting menu at Eleven Madison Park.
