Thursday, July 16, 2015 - White Burgundy Blind: Dead or Alive? (Home of Chef Andrew Plummer, East Greenbush, NY): Light yellow. Rich, thick, complex, naked and raw in a good sense. I would not have guessed that this is 5 years older than the previous wine.
