Thursday, August 4, 2016 - This is great Chablis! I was worried that I'm opening it too young, but this drank great out of the bottle! quite round on the palate but impeccably elegant. Green pear, banana and yellow pepper notes with powerful saline minerality on the finish. Really long and complete.
