Thursday, February 22, 2007 - My last bottle of this wine. Showing a thicker profile with tar, smoke and some pepper, as well as some red and black fruits. I like the texture of this wine, kind of meaty and red in profile with a nice acidic backbone. While my first TN said this wine was getting to peak, this bottle feels like it could probably go some time more, maybe a few more years, given the acidity and stuffing.
