Friday, October 24, 2014 - Italian night @ Stappato (Enoteca Stappato, Leuven (Belgium)): This appears much younger than the Quintarelli tasted alongside. Deep, dark, inky, unbelievable concentration, blackberries, brambly, salsam, espresso. Sweet and sexy in its entree, clean, dry and precise towards the finish. Wow!
