Tuesday, February 7, 2012 - Blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot, and Cab Franc. Sat in the glass for 20 minutes, took a few sniffs during that time and picked up blackberry and oak. Currant, blackberry, and vanilla are the most prevalent flavors on the palate, although you may pick up some additional red fruit flavors on the finish. Solid tannin structure, but you'd do well to let this one sit for a bit so they can mellow out. Nice for under $14.
