Friday, June 18, 2010 - Bright deep red in colour.
Lots of savoury notes on the nose. Hints of bacon fat, cherry, wood, pine cone, white pepper.
Lots of spice on the palate, sweet, raspberry.
Overall, lovely wine that we found very easy to drink. Doesnt need food. Rounded flavours and subtle tannins.
