Sunday, January 9, 2011 - Sunday Funday #Syrahvaganza (D-Rod's): Ruby color. 3 hour decant. Aromas of dried red cherry fruit coupled with a strong viognier, floral aspect. Silky and light on its feet, with both red and black fruits. I love the smoky, mocha flavor on the finish. Very approachable at this stage of its life and a more feminine interpretation of Cote Rotie
