Orange colour, rather light.
Nose: Blackberry, raw meat, white pepper, tobacco, vanilla
Taste: Pleasant tannins, lots of fruits, berries, vanilla.
After a few hours, aroma developed towards dried fruit and figs
Wonderful wine to drink now. We had it with tenderloin and it held the meat very well. Will it improve more in the years? Do not think so.
