Friday, February 6, 2015 - Many people have said this wine is flat, but I'd argue it's subtle. You certainly pick up some minerality. We enjoyed with with braised swordfish with peppers, olives and onion. I thought it was perfect as it didn't have so much acidity that it overpowered the fish, but complimented it. I'm going to look for some more.
