Tuesday, October 8, 2013 - A step above the entry level versions that constitute the ocean of Chardonnay, this cali chard is a little heavy and ponderous but otherwise balanced. Could use more acid to give it lift and spark and a touch of oak wouldn't be entirely remiss either.
