Tuesday, March 4, 2014 - Nose was closed until wine warmed slightly and was still not near as impactful as the palate. Peaches and cream, granny smith apple, a bit of pear and passive minerality. Fantastic acidity and tartness and just right sweetness that balanced with the alcohol. I Buy this wine every year and it never disappoints. Would like to lay down some bottles but it never happens. Too luscious.
