Saturday, August 4, 2012 - Pale yellow, nose opens with assorted minerals. Flavors included poached pears, casabas melon and chock full of minerals with a touch of citrus. Interesting, elegant, complex, well made and would be wonderful with shell fish. Highly recommended.
