Thursday, March 21, 2013 - From young vines in St-Aubin, Puligny and Chassagne. The nose is complex, bright and classy, offering up apple, citrus and chalky soil tones. On the palate the wine medium-bodied, pure and bright, with lovely acids and minerality, and a very nice length. The 2010 Bourgogne Chardonnay from PYCM is really an excellent wine and will be worth a special search for those looking for a great, great value. Can Bourgogne Blanc get any better than this?
