Thursday, April 16, 2015 - Penfolds Grange Wine Dinner at Botrini's (Botrini's Restaurant Athens): First wine of the second flight.
I was looking forward to tasting this as it was the oldest of
the night and was curious to see how it stands at almost 25 years of age.
Actually it was the least interesting wine of the night.
It was neither fully mature nor particularly complex on the contrary
it seemed closed without yealding much.
But in any case no rush to drink anytime soon...
