Monday, February 2, 2015 - With pork loin, pop n pour. Should have popped and decanted and let the wine aerate. Medium bodied with Stoller's edginess. There was a bitterness in the beginning that faded to what I like in Stoller's pinots. Trouble was, it was the last pour.
