Saturday, February 20, 2016 - Charred beef, plum, and baking spice on the nose, and a sense of baked Spanish soil. On the palate that "flannel-y" texture that is a hallmark of Pedrosa, and everything nicely layered and integrated, with a clean, refreshing finish that begs another sip. Hard not to love.
