Thursday, April 4, 2013 - Inky dark, almost black in the glass with aromas of cassis, black currant and a touch of violet. On the palate there’s a big mouth-feel and a finish that exceeds expectations — I timed it at a full minute. This is an open, friendly and generous Cabernet, slightly jammy with firm tannins that produce a pleasing puckering on the tongue.
