Thursday, September 11, 2014 - From memory. Gray pinky salmon. The nose is muted strawberry and yeasty. The palate is lively and leans towards red fruit flavors. The finish is medium and clean. The overall profile is more like a round, fruity Cava, distinctly south of Champagne but modest.
