Community Tasting Note

Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Remarkably similar to my tasting note from three years ago. The only difference is just a little more development and oxidation on the nose. The palate is still quite vibrant and complex. It paired well with a variety of antipasti. It is somewhat, distantly, similar to a dry Sherry. A vino di meditazione if there ever was one.
