Friday, May 1, 2015 - Drinking surprisingly well. Good acid and fruit still though does finish a bit hot. Color starting to fade a bit but wine is alive. Extracted flavors of raisin, dried cherries, prunes...rich wine...enjoyable but must be paired properly. Drink soon, not sure if will improve anymore. Age on it mellows it out and makes it a treat to drink.
