Wednesday, April 24, 2013 - Bouquet of lemon and pineapple, slightly acidic ,thinner than many chardonnays, almost like a sauvignon blanc. Strong minerality. I don't taste the butter at all, clean finish. A great change from the more traditional chardonnay.
