Tuesday, July 29, 2014 - At Jordan Wine Dinner, Taj Campton Place, San Francisco. Nice, dark garnet color. Floral nose of candied red fruit and spices. Medium-bodied, bringing some dark and red fruit into a nice, supple finish. Old-world style. On the finish, tasted a streak of burned wood and smoke from the CA fires that summer. Winemaker verified this.
