Tuesday, August 28, 2012 - We had this with grilled ribeyes on 8/28/12. It had a strong, rich and dense bouquet of smoked meat, black currant, blackberry, licorice, spice and mocha aromas. The palate was rich, powerful and dense with flavors of blackberry, black currant, plum, licorice and spice.
