Monday, March 17, 2014 - Fabulous example of mature Bordeaux. Decanted to accompany a St. Paddy's meal of Potato, Leek, Mushroom and Chicken pie. The cork was in excellent condition and the wine's color still youthful. The tannins are now velvet and the complexity of taste and aroma makes me think another bottle might be wasted on beef. Full, but not overpowering. Exceptional.
