Sunday, March 10, 2013 - Fresh, youthful, floral aromas filled with baking spice, fermented apricot, crushed stone, and hay. Bright and lively on entry with a sort of under-ripe citrus note that adds levity to the deep, golden caramel notes of the mid. Great density of flavor and wonderful length that shows ridiculous generosity of fruit on the finish: pit fruit and pineapple. Really hard to stop drinking. Yummy juice.
